1. The service
Gatekeep provides inbound call screening, an AI answering agent and related tools ("the Service") to businesses.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, the phone numbers you connect and the information you give your AI agent.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with call-recording and consent laws where you operate.
- Do not use the Service to place outbound spam or to harass callers.
4. Billing
Plans are billed monthly after any free trial. Extra minutes, if enabled, are added to your next bill. Payments are processed by our reseller, Paddle, who is the merchant of record.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of your paid period.
6. Disclaimers
Screening is automated and may occasionally misclassify a caller. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
7. Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
